When Will My Order Ship/Arrive?

Here’s how our process works:

 

1.You place your order online at aimtechus.com, and then our customer service team processes your order and sends it to our warehouse for shipment preparation.

2.In stock conditions, 99% of orders will be shipped on the next business day. In special cases such as out of stock, we will inform you of the latest estimated shipping information by email or publish the latest estimated shipping time on the product detail page. Note: Our warehouse team works hard and takes well-deserved rest during weekends and holidays. Orders placed during these times will be prioritized for processing on the next business day.

3.A shipping notification will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. Once your order has shipped from our warehouse, this email is expected to arrive in your inbox immediately. The email will include tracking information so you can monitor your package’s journey to your home.

How Can I Track My Order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use the link in the email or check directly in our Order Tracker to view the latest status of your shipment.

Shipping Delays

Although we strive to ship within 24 hours Monday through Friday, delays may occur due to invalid shipping addresses, weather conditions, or customs clearance.

3.  Carriers like UPS and FedEx often hand packages to local postal services for final delivery.
